Cancellation Policy

Programme Commitment The NPOWER 4 week coaching plan is a structured programme designed to support clarity, communication, and career progress. By enrolling, you agree to participate in the full 4 week duration. This ensures continuity, personal accountability, and optimal results. Payments Full payment is required upfront unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing. Payment plans must be completed in full, regardless of session attendance. All payments are non refundable once the programme has commenced. Session Scheduling & Attendance Sessions are scheduled in advance to ensure consistency. You are responsible for attending all sessions within the 8 week period. If you need to reschedule, 24 hours’ notice is required. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours may be forfeited. Missed sessions that are not rescheduled within the timeframe are considered completed. Programme Pause Policy Pausing the programme is only permitted for medical or genuine personal emergencies. Written notice and supporting documentation may be required. Pauses are limited to two weeks maximum and approved at NPOWER’s discretion. Communication & Boundaries You will have access to support through agreed channels (example: email or WhatsApp). Messages will be responded to within business hours. Excessive messaging or requests outside scope may require an additional session or fee. Results Disclaimer Coaching provides guidance, clarity, tools, and support. Results vary based on individual commitment and action. Coaching does not replace legal, financial, psychological, or medical advice. Confidentiality All personal information shared is confidential and used solely to support your coaching experience. Termination Clause NPOWER reserves the right to terminate the programme in cases of inappropriate behaviour, boundary violations, or non payment. In these cases, no refunds will be issued.
